China RubberTech 2026, the 24th China International Rubber Technology Exhibition, kicked off from September 15 to 17 at Hall W5, Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Huahan Intelligent showcased its core conveyor belt vulcanizing equipment at Booth N1B279. The exhibition attracted many industry leaders and upstream & downstream manufacturers in the rubber sector. Global buyers and traders visited our booth, having in-depth discussions with the Huahan Intelligent team about new technologies and solutions for conveyor belt vulcanizing equipment.
Led by our GE Changliang Liu, our team including domestic & overseas sales specialists and a technical engineer welcomed all visitors. Many overseas visitors came specially to our Booth to ask about complete conveyor belt vulcanizing production lines. Mr. Liu presented our vulcanization equipment: Steel cord conveyor belt vulcanizing production line( Top-mounted), fabric core ( Top-mounted) conveyor belt vulcanizing production line, and other flat vulcanizing machines.
During on-site presentations, our team introduced our customized equipment concept. We focus on customers’ actual factory conditions. We help with equipment selection, production line layout and solution design based on overall factory planning. At the early project stage, Huahan Intelligent communicates fully with customers and provides preliminary factory layout drawings. We tailor the best production line solution according to customers’ capacity, site space and production processes. This helps customers make good use of workshop space and improve overall line efficiency.
Our technical team drew on rich practical project experience to answer various questions raised by global visitors. We solved pain points in daily conveyor belt production and discussed stable line operation, energy saving and quality control. Many clients showed strong interest in our customized layout plans. We exchanged contact information on site to lay a solid foundation for future cooperation.

On September 26, 2026, the second day of the Mid-Autumn Festival, Huahan Intelligent completed an urgent shipment of vulcanizing equipment. Five units (four rubber injection molding presses: RL-500T and SYR-600T) were loaded onto three separate trucks and dispatched to a domestic customer's factory.
