Recently, the medium-sized top-mounted conveyor belt vulcanizing production line Model XLBS-2200×5500, independently developed and manufactured by Huahan Intelligent, has been loaded and delivered in batches.Adopting a single-layer frame structure with top-mounted hydraulic cylinders, the equipment features exceptional overall structural stability. It fully meets the production requirements for food-grade conveyor belts and material handling conveyor belts.
Different from conventional small vulcanizing equipment, the down-stroke XLBS-2200X5500 Conveyor Belt Vulcanizing Machine stands out with oversized overall dimensions and heavy dead weight. The first batch of spare parts and components has been delivered smoothly as scheduled.
In line with the client’s delivery schedule, the first batch shipment was completed within this week, and residual accessories will be delivered in two weeks. The full supply scope covers main vulcanizing machine, mold trolley, hydraulic power unit, electrical control system, cooling water pipeline and thermal oil heating pipeline. Once both parties confirm the detailed timeline, Huahan Intelligent will dispatch professional field engineers to complete on-site installation and commissioning promptly.
