The working principle of vertical rubber injection molding machine: through the screw, the mixed rubber is automatically fed into the storage barrel according to the preset measurement, and then injected into the product cavity of the mold for heating and curing.
At present, there are many types of vertical rubber injection machines on the market. According to the configuration of the machine parts, there are horizontal, vertical, angle, multi-station injection molding machines, etc. The external characteristics of the horizontal rubber injection molding machine are similar to those of the injection molding machine. Mainly used for automatic blow mold and nipple and other easy demoulding silicone products, the appearance of vertical injection machine is characterized by the injection cylinder and storage cylinder on the top of the base, direct injection from top to bottom, widely used in the production of various rubber products. The main external features of the angle glue injection machine are: the injection cylinder, the storage cylinder and the feeding system pass through the inner side of the upper base, and the angle is 90 degrees (horizontally converted into a cavity, which is widely used in the production of various rubber products. The external feature of the multi-station glue injection machine is: the injection cylinder and the storage cylinder are placed on the top of the upper base, and the injection is directly from top to bottom.
Introduction of vertical rubber injection machine:
1, the use of first-in-first-out injection device, to prevent dead residue, easy to clean and discoloration.
2. Suitable for all kinds of rubber raw materials. Silicone rubber and fluororubber may also be used. The rubber injection temperature is higher, which can shorten the vulcanization time.
3. The plasticized rubber is injected first, and the rubber injected once remains in the injection cylinder at the same time to prevent the plasticized rubber from entering due to injection. Too long residence time in the injection cylinder will lead to premature vulcanization.
4. The injection column can be moved to the outside of the injection cylinder, which greatly simplifies the operation of replacing rubber.
5. The back pressure is consistent and the injection precision is high.
Vertical rubber injection machine features:
1. The glue injection machine can install different types of molds, especially suitable for forming complex molds for various structural products;
2. The hydraulic motor has large torque to ensure fast feeding of high-hardness rubber. Screw design is reasonable, suitable for different rubber;
3, the injection speed is very fast, the injection pressure is also very high, up to 1900kgf/cm2 or more, the excellent rate of finished products is high, the burr is less and very uniform, suitable for all kinds of precision and complex finished products;
4. Push the hot plate and the mold to the front of the machine, so that there is no temperature difference between the mold and the hot plate after the product is taken out, which reduces the time for the mold to heat again;
5. The injection system of the vertical rubber injection machine is placed vertically, and the runner is straight during injection, reducing pressure loss and ensuring injection pressure.
