In addition, if the conveyor belt vulcanizer is not properly connected, the sealant is used or the bonding direction is incorrect, the joint part is easily exposed, resulting in cracks (surface adhesive part).

When the conveyor belt vulcanizer works normally, the belt speed should not be less than 95% of the roller speed. When the friction between the roller and the conveyor belt is insufficient, the conveyor belt is likely to slip. There are many ends with insufficient friction between the screwdriver drum and the conveyor belt vulcanizer, including insufficient tension, load start work, and insufficient friction coefficient of the roller surface. The end of insufficient tension includes insufficient tension stroke, insufficient block material distribution, conveyor belt vulcanizer, etc.

The end with insufficient friction coefficient on the outer surface of the drum is that the powder on the outer surface of the drum and the food adhesive made of water fermentation are worn too much, the body is too wet or attached with lubricating oil, and the outer surface is attached with materials (easily soluble in water).

The adhesive of the conveyor belt vulcanizer must be stored at 5-20, and the adhesive must be stored at 5-10, and cannot be directly exposed to sunlight and humid air. The quality guarantee period of the adhesive (adhesive) under this condition is 3 to 6 months after manufacture and 3 months after manufacture of the special adhesive for heat and acid resistance.

(1) The warehouse where the joint rubber material is stored should be dry and avoid light. The rubber material should be kept away from heat sources, oil stains and dust contact places. Avoid contact with acids, alkalis, oils, organic solvents and other substances that affect the quality of rubber.

(2) The warehouse temperature for long-term accumulation of joint materials should be kept within 5-20, and the warehouse temperature for short-term storage should be below 0 or above 40 as much as possible. The relative humidity of the warehouse should be maintained between 50% and 80%. The general coking material can not be more than 3 months. Connector compounds with special properties such as flame retardant, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance. It can be stored for more than 2 months.

The temperature regulator of the conveyor belt vulcanizer has the characteristics of uniform surface temperature, accurate temperature control, accurate temperature data recording, stable compression, safe and convenient operation. Medium and high-grade machines have short pre-production commissioning time and high equipment reliability. 99% of the equipment on the market is manufactured under the premise of ensuring product quality, providing productivity and achieving considerable economic benefits.

At present, the bonding methods of the conveyor belt vulcanizer are mainly cold bonding and hot vulcanization bonding. The strength of these two joints can reach 80% to 90% of the strength of the conveyor belt, and these two joints have no leakage, and it is difficult to tear the damaged roller. But these two kinds of connection also have advantages and disadvantages. Please compare specifically.

Conveyor belt vulcanizer cold bonding: the advantages are fast bonding speed, short bonding time, low cost, and better location selection. The disadvantage is that the requirements for the environment are high. For example, rain, snow, dust, adhesives, etc. are greatly affected by the temperature. The durability is not longer than the thermal bonding time. Temperature, humidity or conveyor belt thickness are not suitable for cold bonding.

Thermal vulcanization bonding: The thermal bonding joint is completely closed, with little impact on the environment and long life. Disadvantages Thermal connectors require vulcanizing machines, 380 power supplies, etc. And the conveyor belt is difficult to transport, which is more complicated and expensive than this process.

2. how to choose a bonding method

1. The type of conveyor belt vulcanizer determines whether heat vulcanization is necessary. If it is a steel belt (ST), it must be vulcanized into a belt joint. In the case of laminated belts (EP), hot vulcanization or cold bonding may be performed as appropriate. If it is thick, it should be bonded by hot vulcanization.

2. Width (EP band) and length. Generally speaking, 1000mm is the limit. Width of less than 1000mm can be cold bonding, more than 1000mm should be hot vulcanization bonding. Of course, other factors such as rising and falling angle, material, belt speed, working conditions, etc. should also be referred. Generally, when the total length of the conveyor belt is long, a hot vulcanization adhesive joint is selected, and a cold adhesive joint is used for a short time.

3. You can refer to the position of the conveyor belt. Some conveyor belts cannot open the vulcanizer and choose a cold bonding head.

4. You can refer to the transported materials, such as acid and alkali resistance, heat resistance, and density. If the water content is high, the hot vulcanization adhesive joint is better.
