If you need emergency maintenance, you can open the heating plate cover, pour water first, and then set the electrical control box to manual operation, heat to 100, keep the constant temperature for 30 minutes, dry the circuit, and perform belt bonding in the manual state. At the same time, the production enterprise should be contacted in time to carry out the overall replacement of the route.
If the vulcanizer does not need to be used for a long time, the heating plate should be heated every half month (the temperature is set to 100) to keep the temperature at about 30 minutes.
6. After each use, the water in the water pressure plate must be put clean. Especially in winter, if the water can not be put clean, often water pressure plate rubber aging too early, water pressure plate life reduction. The correct drainage method is carried out after the end of the vulcanization insulation and before the decomposition of the vulcanizing machine. Add water after the machine is disassembled, and the water in the water pressure plate may not be completely discharged.
