The two-stage mixing method of vertical rubber injection machine refers to the method of making two-time mixing glue by mixing tablets with a mixer. This method is suitable for rubber with a synthetic rubber content of more than 50%, and can avoid the disadvantages of long mixing time and high rubber temperature in the mixing process. The one-stage mixing is the same as the one-stage mixing method. No vulcanization and active accelerator is added. After mixing for a period of time, cool down, stop for a period of time, and carry out two-stage mixing. After the uniform mixing, the vulcanizing agent is added to the press and the next piece is made after grinding. The segmented mixing method has short refining time per time, low mixing temperature, more uniform formula distribution and high rubber quality.
