On July 3, 2026, domestic equipment delivery was underway in an orderly manner at the factory of Huahan Intelligent Four sets of 4-layer single axis hot press forming machine, Model SYR-300T, passed full-process factory inspection, reinforced packaging and were ready for shipment to a well-known auto parts production base in southern China.This delivery marks the second batch of complete equipment purchased by the customer from our company in 2026. The stable and in-depth cooperation between both parties serves as solid market recognition of the quality and strength of Huahan Intelligent hot press forming equipment.
The customer specializes in manufacturing key automotive components. After putting the SYR-300T units into operation earlier, they offered highly positive feedback. On-site production data indicates that this dedicated hot press forming machine is optimized and upgraded for automotive separator production, featuring outstanding production efficiency and excellent energy consumption control. Southern China is currently experiencing prolonged rainy plum season. Rain and high humidity during long-distance transportation may easily cause rust on precision equipment and damp failures of electrical components.To ensure intact delivery to the customer’s plant, Huahan Intelligent logistics and after-sales team made advance arrangements. Prior to shipment, the team coordinated with the carrier and implemented a full set of special protection solutions for rainy-season transit.During loading, technicians wrapped precision core components including heating plates, hydraulic pipelines and electrical control elements with waterproof and moisture-proof protective films layer by layer. Anti-rust sealing treatment was applied to metal parts vulnerable to corrosion. The whole truck was covered with thickened rain tarpaulins and fastened in all directions. Container tightness was inspected and moisture-proof buffer space reserved. Multiple layers of protection block rainwater and humidity erosion to avoid transit damage, safeguarding every delivered equipment with refined services.
