9:00 a.m., July 17, 2026 – Huahan Intelligent received its first delegation of Central Asian clients for on-site factory inspection and project negotiation, laying a solid foundation for deep expansion into overseas markets. Mr. Liu Changliang, General Manager of the company, Chief Technical Engineer Mr. Teng, together with department heads, accompanied the guests throughout the visit with full hospitality.These prospective clients first connected with our team during the Qingdao Industry Exhibition. After preliminary business communication and contact exchange at the show, both sides scheduled this factory tour according to the clients’ travel itinerary. Throughout the reception, Huahan Intelligent demonstrated professional service, mature technical reserves and solid manufacturing strength, fully addressing core demands of the clients’ manufacturing project and paving the way for in-depth cooperation in the future.

The two parties held in-depth technical and business discussions in the company’s large conference room. The client introduced that their enterprise has maintained long-term stable strategic cooperation with local power plants, consistently supplying supporting conveyor consumables for power station operations. Previously, their rubber fabric core conveyor belts (nylon patterned flame retardant conveyor belts) were fully imported from China and Vietnam.

To cut supply chain costs, strengthen product quality control and boost independent manufacturing capacity, the client plans to build a brand-new local production plant and purchase a full set of intelligent conveyor belt manufacturing equipment to realize large-scale independent production of nylon patterned conveyor belts.

The meeting featured active, efficient two-way communication focusing on all key details of fabric core conveyor belt production lines. Combining their factory layout plans and power plant supply requirements, the client raised precise inquiries about core technologies and equipment parameters, with key focus on: matched hot plate dimensions, conveyor belt embossing technology, optimal heating solutions (steam heating vs thermal oil heating), and reserved space size required for equipment installation in the workshop.

Drawing on decades of industry experience and profound technical expertise, General Manager Liu and Engineer Teng provided targeted, practical solutions and optimized suggestions to answer every question raised by the delegation. Based on the client’s customized requirements including target production capacity, finished belt specifications and workshop spatial conditions, Huahan Intelligent confirmed the capability to design tailor-made integrated vulcanizing production lines for fabric core conveyor belts, fully matching the client’s demand for self-sustained long-term mass manufacturing.

Following the conference discussion, the team guided the clients to tour our machining workshop, assembly workshop, painting workshop and finished goods warehouse, allowing the visitors to witness our complete production capacity and reliable logistics & delivery strength firsthand. The delegation expressed high satisfaction with our factory strength and technical proposals. They stated that after returning home, they will coordinate project fund planning, internal evaluation and project approval procedures, and keep close contact to push forward this cooperation project.
