Huahan Intelligent Completes Domestic Equipment Delivery During Mid‑Autumn Festival Holiday

On September 26, 2026, the second day of the Mid-Autumn Festival, Huahan Intelligent completed an urgent shipment of vulcanizing equipment. Five units (four rubber injection molding presses: RL-500T and SYR-600T) were loaded onto three separate trucks and dispatched to a domestic customer's factory. The arrangement ensures the equipment arrives on the first working day after the holiday. Assembly will be finished before National Day, followed by on-site installation, commissioning and trial run after the holiday to support the customer's early production launch.
The customer is working against a tight schedule, as equipment delivery directly impacts production‑line trial operation and overall project timeline. To avoid delays caused by public holidays, Huahan Intelligent coordinated production, logistics and technical teams to push forward the delivery schedule.
Based on weather forecasts for Dalian and the customer's site, we optimized the loading plan by splitting the cargo into three trucks. Strict control over each truck's load weight and dimension prevents over‑limit risks and provides safety margins for rainy days loading and long-distance transit. Anti‑rust protection was implemented before loading. Sensitive electrical components received graded protection: large-size parts were wrapped with composite materials, while small spare parts were sealed inside wooden cases to guard against moisture, impact and corrosion.
Faced with oil price hikes and shortage of heavy-duty transport capacity, we secured specialized heavy‑lift trucks one week in advance. Timelines, routes and delivery milestones were clearly defined. Every step including packaging, loading and shipment tracking was closely monitored, demonstrating our team's strong execution capability. After equipment arrival, our after‑sales and installation team will conduct on‑site assembly and commissioning around mid‑October to safeguard the customer's production schedule.
