1. Check the amount of hydraulic oil before use. The height of the hydraulic oil is 2/3 of the height of the lower base. When the amount of oil is insufficient, it should be added in time, and the oil needs to be carefully filtered before injection. Add pure 20# hydraulic oil into the oil injection hole of the lower base, and the oil level can be seen from the oil reference, which is generally 2/3 of the height of the lower base.
2. Check the lubrication between the column shaft and the guide frame, add oil in time, and keep the lubrication good.

1. The hydraulic oil should be 20# engine oil or 32# hydraulic oil, which needs to be carefully filtered before adding.
2. Before use, regularly drain oil, precipitate, filter, and clean the oil filter.
3. All parts of the machine should be kept clean, and oil should be added frequently between the column shaft and the guide frame to maintain good lubrication. 4. If abnormal noise is found, immediately stop the machine for inspection, and continue to use after troubleshooting.

1. The working pressure shall not exceed the rated pressure.
2. Die to small size can not be less than the diameter of the plunger. The mold should be placed in the middle of the hot plate; the working fluid pressure should be adjusted according to the mold size and curing time.
3. Cut off the total power supply when stopping use.
4. During operation, the column nut needs to be kept tight and checked regularly for looseness.
5. When the machine is running without load, a 60mm thick plate needs to be placed on the plate.
6. The host and control box should be reliably grounded.
7. All contacts need to be clamped and checked regularly for looseness.
8. Keep electrical components and instruments clean, and various instruments shall not be hit or knocked.
9. After finding the fault, immediately stop the machine for maintenance.
