Rubber flat vulcanizing machine manufacturers: automatic flat vulcanizing machine is mainly used for flat belt (such as conveyor belt and transmission belt, referred to as flat belt) vulcanization. Rubber flat vulcanizer manufacturer: When the vulcanizer is working, the hot plate heats the rubber compound to crosslink the rubber molecules, and its structure changes from a linear structure to a mesh structure, and products with certain physical and mechanical properties can be obtained. However, after the rubber mixture is heated, it begins to soften, and at the same time, the water and volatile substances in the rubber mixture vaporize. At this time, the hydraulic cylinder is used to give sufficient pressure to fill the model with rubber, limit the generation of bubbles, and make the product structure dense. If it is a tape layer product, the adhesive can be firmly adhered to the cloth. In addition, sufficient pressure should be given to prevent the mold parting surface from overflowing, pattern lack of glue, pore sponge and other phenomena.
Rubber flat vulcanizer manufacturer: After putting the unvulcanized semi-finished product into the mold, put the mold into the gap between the two hot plates. Then, the hydraulic medium is introduced into the hydraulic cylinder, and the plunger pushes the movable platform and the hot plate to move up and down, pushing the movable plate to compress the mold or product. When the above movement is performed, the heating medium is introduced into the heating plate, so that the mold (or product) can obtain the pressure and temperature required for the vulcanization process. After a period of time (vulcanization cycle), the product is vulcanized. At this time, the hydraulic medium in the hydraulic cylinder is removed, and the product can be taken out because the plunger drops under its own weight.
