When the temperature is lower than the set value, the plate will automatically heat up, so that the temperature is always maintained at the set value.

 

5. Curing machine action control: motor start button SB2, oil pump operation, clamping pressure, oil pressure to reach the adjustment value, release 1~2 times, over the air and volatile gas, and then tighten the tool, began to automatically record the middle of the vulcanization process. The pressure drop pump motor starts to automatically compensate for the process to reach the intermediate setting of the vulcanization process.

1. The working pressure cannot exceed the rated pressure.

3. Be sure to cut off the total power supply during the shutdown.

 

4. During operation, the column nut should be kept tight and checked regularly for looseness.

7. Be sure to tighten every contact and check regularly for looseness.

 

8. Keep the electrical parts and instruments clean, and the instruments shall not collide or knock.
