1. PLC and HMI control allow manual and automatic control. Automatic restriction has the functions of clamping, exhaust, temperature control, vulcanization timing, alarm, open circuit unloading, etc. The touch screen displays the temperature of each heating area of the hot plate in real time.
2. The hydraulic cylinder uses ZG270-500 materials, and the plunger uses dense chilled alloy cast iron, which is refined after casting. The sealing form of hydraulic cylinder is YX seal.
3. The side of the hot plate pot adopts hydraulic automatic top iron. Under the action of 4 cylinders, the backing plates on both sides of the hot plate advance and retreat at the same time. Padded overlapping devices are installed at both ends of the hot plate.

1. The storage environment of the vulcanizing machine is dry and ventilated to prevent moisture from making the wire wet.
2. Do not use the vulcanizer outdoors in rainy days to prevent the inflow of the electric control box and the heating plate.
3. When the working environment is humid and there is a lot of water, when decomposing and transporting the vulcanizer, it should be supported on the ground with high objects, and do not let the vulcanizer directly contact with water.
4. Improper operation during use, heating plate water, need to contact the manufacturer for maintenance. If you need emergency maintenance, you can open the heating plate cover, pour water first, and then set the electrical control box to manual operation, heat to 100, keep the constant temperature for 30 minutes, dry the circuit, and perform belt bonding in the manual state. At the same time, the production enterprise should be contacted in time to carry out the overall replacement of the route.
If the vulcanizer does not need to be used for a long time, heat the heating plate every half month (the temperature is set to 100) and keep the temperature for about 30 minutes.
6. After each use, the water in the water pressure plate needs to be put clean. Especially in winter, if the water cannot be put clean, the water pressure plate rubber tends to age too early, and the life of the water pressure plate is reduced. The correct drainage method is carried out before the decomposition of the vulcanizing machine after the end of the vulcanizing insulation. Add water after the machine is disassembled, and the water in the water pressure plate may not be completely discharged.
