Traditional repair methods include surfacing, thermal spraying, brushing, etc. However, these methods have some shortcomings: surfacing will make the surface of the parts reach high temperature, causing deformation or cracks in the parts, affecting the dimensional accuracy and normal use, and even leading to fracture in severe cases; although the brush has no thermal effect, the thickness of the crossing layer cannot be too thick, causing serious pollution, and the application is greatly restricted.
Because the material is a "variable" relationship, when an external force impacts the material, the material will deform and absorb the external force, and expand and contract with the expansion and contraction of the bearing or other components, always maintaining a close fit with the components, thereby reducing the probability of wear. For large conveyor belt vulcanizing machine wear, can also use the "mold" or "accessories" for on-site repair of damaged equipment, to avoid the overall disassembly of the equipment, to maximize the size of the parts to ensure that the production and operation requirements of the equipment.
Operation process:
1. Pay attention to the temperature of the hot plate when preheating. If it does not meet the requirements, it needs to be adjusted under the guidance of the instructor, and it is strictly prohibited to move without permission.
2. Before the experiment, check whether the fuel tank has reached the required scale, and then start the machine to check whether the parts are working normally and whether the column (frame plate) is lubricated.
3. When the mold is placed in the hot plate room, it should be prevented from being burned or crushed, and the hot plate should not be placed in the mold when it rises.
4. After the mold is installed, the flat plate is placed in the middle, and the person should stand in the middle of the station. When the required pressure is reached after the mold is closed, the motor is turned off. If you can't meet the requirements, please instruct the teacher to adjust and don't move without permission.
5. Take the mold with an iron hook to prevent hand injury. When opening the mold, if the product sticks to the mold, carefully knock the mold opening tool to prevent the mold from falling to the ground or hurting your feet.
6. If the machine fails, you need to cut off the power immediately and report to the teacher. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble parts without permission.
How to change the oil of the conveyor belt vulcanizing machine
After running for a period of time, the conveyor belt vulcanizer should change the oil, which depends on the degree of oil pollution. However, how to grasp the oil change time is also a problem. 1. Visually inspect the oil change method. According to the experience of the maintenance personnel, according to the visually observed oil-some changes in the conventional state, such as the oil turning black, smelly, and milky white, decide whether to change the oil. This method depends on the experience of the actual operator.
2. Sampling test method, regularly sample and test the oil in the conveyor belt vulcanizer, and compare the actual measured oil quality with the specified oil deterioration standard to determine whether the oil should be replaced. Sampling time: The hydraulic system of general construction machinery should be carried out one week before the oil change period. The hydraulic system of key equipment such as TBM full-face roadheader should be sampled and tested every 500 hours. The test results are filled in the equipment technical files. The sampling method is suitable for key equipment and large hydraulic equipment.
3. Change the oil regularly. According to the environmental conditions, the working conditions of the equipment location and the oil change cycle of the oil used, this method is very suitable for enterprises with more hydraulic equipment.
