As a conveyor belt joint tool, the conveyor belt vulcanizer should be maintained and maintained like other tools during and after use to extend its service life. The vulcanizer produced by the general company, as long as it is used and maintained properly, has a service life of 8 years.
Curing conveyor belt vulcanizing machine should pay attention to the following issues:
1. The storage environment of the conveyor belt vulcanizer should be kept dry and well ventilated to avoid moisture caused by moisture in the electrical circuit;
2. Do not use the conveyor belt vulcanizer outdoors in rainy days to prevent water from entering the electric control box and heating plate;
3. If the working environment is humid and watery, when disassembling and transporting the conveyor belt vulcanizer, the items should be padded on the ground, and the vulcanizer should not be directly exposed to water;
4. If water enters the heating plate due to improper operation during use, you should first contact the manufacturer for maintenance. If emergency maintenance is needed, open the cover plate on the heating plate, pour out the water first, and then set the electrical cabinet to manual Operation, heating to 100, constant temperature for half an hour, drying the line, manually applying tape, and contacting the manufacturer in time to replace the entire line.
5. If the conveyor belt vulcanizer does not need to be used for a long time, the heating plate should be heated once every half a month (the temperature is set to 100) and kept for about half an hour.
After each use, the water in the water pressure pan should be cleaned, especially in winter. If water cannot be cleaned, the rubber of the water pressure plate will age prematurely, and the service life of the water pressure plate will be reduced.
The correct drainage method is after curing and heat preservation, before disassembling the conveyor belt vulcanizer. If the machine is disassembled and drained, the water in the water pressure plate may not be completely drained.
Precautions before using conveyor belt vulcanizer
Precautions before use of conveyor belt vulcanizer should be checked before use. If the insulation resistance of the hot plate is too low, it should be electrically dried until the insulation value reaches 50 MPa or less before use. In the process of use and movement, be careful and handle it in a civilized manner. If there is a need for reliable rainproof and waterproof means during on-site operation to avoid rain and moisture; After use, it should be placed in a warehouse with air circulation, relative humidity not more than 85% and no rain. The sleepers below should be well padded and are strictly prohibited from being placed on the ground.
On the operation of conveyor belt vulcanizing machine
Talking about the operation of the conveyor belt vulcanizer, first tighten the bolts at the four corners of the conveyor belt vulcanizer, and the tightness is consistent; On the surface of the original belt body on both sides of the forming head, three groups of four layers of gauze with appropriate width should be laid. Position where the shims are tightened. The fixed length of the wire by the plate vulcanizer is that the joint length should be 100mm at both ends in the longitudinal direction, cover the hot plate and place the jack. Position the upper spar and begin to pressurize.
Two people operate at the same time, gradually pressurize from one side, and then reverse pressurize to reach the rated pressure; open the circuit, when the temperature of the hot plate rises to 135, exhaust once, and continue to heat up. When the temperature of the hot plate reaches 140, exhaust again, and drain the condensed water in the vulcanizer at this time. When the temperature of the hot plate reaches 145, calculate the vulcanization time.
