Huahan Intelligent focuses on the research, development and manufacturing of rubber processing equipment. At present, our core product steel cord conveyor belt vulcanizing production line has been fully launched and widely promoted in Southeast Asia.

This production line is specially designed for port transportation, mine exploitation and bulk material conveying industries. It features stable operation, high vulcanization efficiency, precise temperature and pressure control, which can steadily produce high-strength steel cord conveyor belts that adapt to heavy-load and long-distance working conditions.

In view of the local high temperature and humid environment in Southeast Asia, we have optimized the overall structure, electric control system and anti-corrosion performance of the equipment. The whole line adopts intelligent automatic control, easy to install, operate and maintain, effectively helping local enterprises improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.

Up to now, our vulcanizing production lines have been exported to Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and other countries, winning consistent recognition from local port operators and mining enterprises.
